✅ All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT (if applicable).
✅ Orders are only confirmed once full payment is received.
✅ Payment methods accepted: Cash, EFT, Credit/Debit Card, and other secure payment gateways.
✅ We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or fraudulent activity.

4. Delivery & Collection

🚚 Delivery:

  • We deliver across South Africa using third-party courier services.

  • Delivery times vary based on location (typically 7-21business days).

  • Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., strikes, extreme weather) are beyond our control.

📍 Collection:

  • Customers may collect items from our store by prior arrangement.

💰 Delivery Fees:

  • Delivery fees are calculated at checkout and depend on your location.

5. Returns & Refunds (Consumer Protection Act Compliant)

5.1. Defective or Damaged Products

  • If a product is damaged or defective upon arrival, notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will assess and either replace, repair, or refund the item as per the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).

5.2. Non-Defective Returns

  • Customers may return products within 14 days of purchase, but must cover return shipping costs.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the return.

5.3. Non-Returnable Items
❌ Custom-made or personalized items.
❌ Items marked as "Final Sale".

6. Warranties & Liability

  • We guarantee that our products meet industry standards and are free from manufacturing defects.

  • The warranty period is (e.g., 1-3 months) for specific products.

  • We are not liable for:

    • Incorrect use or mishandling of products.

    • Damage caused by external factors (e.g., fire, water, negligence).

    • Minor variations in color, size, or texture, as natural materials may differ slightly.

7. Privacy & Data Protection (POPIA Compliance)

📜 We collect and process personal information in compliance with POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act).
🔒 Your information is used to process orders, communicate with you, and improve our services.
